Andreas Furniture in Sugarcreek, Ohio, is seeking a full time Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family owned, respected and quality furniture company located in the heart of Amish Country. This role will provide exceptional customer focused sales to support the organization.
Andreas Furniture offers a competitive wage and benefit package. This role includes a base salary plus commissions and paid training. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, retirement plan and various supplemental plans.
The Sales Associate is responsible for the following functional areas:
- Providing customer focused service
- Ensuring client experience meets organization’s established standards
- Sales and knowledge of home furnishings
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred, not required. We will train!
- Customer service focused
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Motivated, self-starter
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
No phone calls please. Our company is also closed on Sunday.
