Pay: $18.00 - $22.00+ per hour (Base wages + Commission Bonus on all goods and services sold)

We provide up to a $19.00 per hour minimum pay guarantee during your first 3 months so that you have the time to really learn our business, but if you are performing at a higher level than the guaranteed minimum, during the first 3 months, you will earn more than this guarantee. High performing sales associates/Management Trainees earn over $22.00 per hour.

Training and development is in our blood and we always look to promote from within and have the history to prove it.

Training: Maybe your a nerd at heart, a jack of all trades, or the family solutionist, but no prior experience with our products or services is required. We will take care of the training, all you need is a background in customer service and sales and the strong desire to learn. For the first 3-Months, we will provide a dedicated paid training program for this opportunity.

Duties Include:

• Customer Service / Sales
• Greet customers, ask questions, and determine needs
• Look to provide a complete solution
• Operate technology-based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions
• In bound phone sales / service
• Create Quote/Estimates for tech and repair services
• Assist our technician team with repair and install services as needed
• Function as a team player

• Merchandising / Inventory
• Inventory stock maintenance and management
• Maintain clean and full store appearance
• Build displays, to better market seasonal products
• Prepare store for daily opening and closing

• Qualifications:
• Must be able to work a 40-hour work week that includes weekend availability
• Good listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
• Ability to calculate simple math and percentages
• Strong eyesight and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer
• Valid driver's license and ability to use company vehicle
• Must be able to lift 50 + lbs. to eye level
