URM Stores, Inc. is currently seeking an entry level Retail Pricing Admin Assistant to assist in the support of the Retail Pricing Analyst Manager, to perform maintenance and verification of retail pricing services provided by URM to its Member Owners. This position will also assist the retail pricing coordinators and management with retail pricing situations as they arise.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor weekly retail price changes for URM Retail Zones.
• Work closely with purchasing department to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Conduct weekly competitor, in store, retail price checks.
• Conduct competitor store category reviews.
• Create and maintain item alias, item price and size parity.
• Link competitor private label to URM private label items.
• Data Entry.
• Perform a variety of filing tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or One year retail related experience and or/training preferred.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Detail oriented and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid Driver's License is Required, with clean driving history.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Good organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages.
• Need to be a strong self starter and work great within a team atmosphere.
• Basic computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office.
