ABOUT THE ROLE: Our store associates are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture!

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience; assist with transporting merchdise for customers throughout the store - Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the store including the office and restrooms - Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (associates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures - As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary to support the team and the store

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays - Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing appromiately 10-50 pounds each repetitvely - Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
