JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Assistant Retail Manager, the ideal candidate for the retail associate role will work to provide excellent customer service and promote the company brand by representing the retail team internally and externally; providing a positive experience for both. This position requires a positive, upbeat attitude, openness to Natural Healing, strong people skills and a team player. The right person will be supportive, engaging, eager to learn, resourceful, and patient in our retail environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist customers by providing product and program recommendations in a professional manner

• Accurately perform cashier duties (purchases, returns, and exchanges) – handling cash, checks and credit card transactions

• Organize and replenish merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor or other inventory locations

• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

• Maintain a clean and tidy work/retail environment

• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and report any incidents to your direct Supervisor or HR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED minimum requirement

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work well on a team

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

• Good verbal communication skills

• Interest for natural health, integrative health or alternative health helpful

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
