Qualifications:
- Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure guest and food quality
- Monitor job performance of 30+ team members
- Maintain positive and professional attitude to guests and team members
- Demonstrate healthy coaching and development skills
- Delegate and follow up
- Team player and approachable
- Ensure FOH execution of standards
- Strong floor presence
- Hold effective and production pre-shifts
- Knowledge of FOH computer standards
- Utilize TOAST for FOH manager functions
- Handle cash transactions, comps or voids and amounts of cash in drawers
- Maintain FOH cleanliness standards
- Understanding of Resy and Toast systems
- Be proficient with interviews and counseling with team members.
- Prepare end of shift reports
- Be understanding of basic BOH operations to ensure food quality
- Maintain sanitation and services
Requirements:
- Dependability: responsible, reliable, and communicative
- 2+ years in restaurant management (required)
- Full Service/High Volume: 2+ years (required)
- ServSafe management certification (required)
- Adaptability/Flexibility: Job requires being open to change
- Integrity: being honest and ethical
- Social Orientation: Being able to work well with others
- Attention to detail: job requires being careful about details and following through on tasks
- Flexible Schedule (nights and weekends need to be available)
- Dependable and detail orientated
- Understanding of labor control and proper scheduling within scheduling app to maximize the team
- Exceptional communication skills-written and verbal (1:1 and/or group setting)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
