FS Food Group is searching for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our family of restaurants. As a prominent restaurant group in the Carolinas, we look for individuals with management experience seeking growth and advancement opportunities. Charismatic professionals that are eager to engage in the day-to-day operations of our high-volume, scratch-kitchen restaurants are invited to apply. We hire the person, not the set of skills. - Yafo Kitchen (3 locations) est. 2015

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas and exceed the guest's dining expectations
- Direct the hiring, supervision, and development to build great teams
- Must calmly assess the demands of day-to-day operations and appropriately solve restaurant concerns
- Ensure all financial (invoices, reporting), personnel, and administrative duties, are completed accurately, efficiently, and effectively according to the company’s policies and procedures
- Enforce health safety and sanitation standards and procedures for food handling, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance
- Ensure consistent compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred) and still eager to learn new things
- Valid ServSafe certification is a plus!
