As a Restaurant Leader, you will oversee team members in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture. The Restaurant Leader is in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator to partner in the success of the restaurant.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
- Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team
- Basic computer competency
- One year commitment required
Position Type: Full-time Day & Evening (available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week with Saturday availability. Front Counter/Cash Register Leaders & Kitchen Leaders.
Pay Range: Highly Competitive Compensation based on Experience and Availability

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prior leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in excellence
- Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team
- Oversee a particular function of the restaurant while working your scheduled shift
- Provide leadership support to the AM/PM manager on duty while including them in decisions that impact the business
- Coach Team Members to consistently follow all established Chick-fil-A processes and procedures & best practices
- Facilitate Shift Management - breaks, communication, call-off management, reward & recognition, discipline et. al.
- Empower, encourage and provide feedback to team members on a daily basis
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Preparing & packaging food orders for catering, drive-thru, and/or in store
- Must love to smile and connect with people
- Lead in executing opening or closing procedures
- Ensure all team members on shift are aware of plan for the day
- Provide training and coaching to team members in how to present food to guest with neatness and attractiveness
- Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
- Perform coaching for actions that do not meet Chick-fil-A standards as well as violations of the Team Member Handbook
- Awareness of food and labor cost best practices and works to implement them at all times
- Ensures all assigned areas are fully stocked, neat and organized
- Oversee or participate in the ordering, delivery, restocking, and inventory processes
- Keep all kitchen areas neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Ensure that all food and physical safety procedures are followed all of the time
- Meet the physical demands of the position including standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
- Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen teams
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
- Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
- Understand all aspects of Core4, Second Mile Service, Operational Excellence and Winning Hearts Every Day
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week (Full-time) or 24 hours a week (Part-time) with Saturday availability (as well as opening / closing shift availability)
