Camp is a casual American dining experience that serves quality, rotisserie-driven comfort food with efficiency and flair. Centrally located adjacent to Desert Pearl Inn, one of Zion's most long-loved hotels, Camp features a custom world class rotisserie, a spacious patio and a communal fire pit evoking a nostalgic camp-like ambiance. Camp offers a fast-fine model of service which ensures swift ordering and attentive hospitality and will be open daily from 12 PM - 8 PM for lunch and dinner.

We are hiring PT Cashier/Servers for up to 25 hours a week- earning on average $20 an hour with tips! Weekend availability is required and you must be 21 years or older for alcohol service. Utah Alcohol Seller Server Training certification is required.

As a Server/Cashier you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while taking food & alcohol orders, and accurately handling cash and credit card transactions for our guests. You will assist with filling beverage orders and running drinks and food.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• First level of support in the case of any customer concerns or complaints, resolving minor complaints and notifying a manager for any complex guest issue
• Closing duties including securing any outdoor furniture or property, ensuring all employees and customers have vacated the premises, setting the alarm and locking the doors.
• Nightly closing paperwork in accordance with company standards
• Cash handling in accordance with company safety and security protocols
• Greet and interact with guests according to our Service Standards
• Take guest orders and accurately enter into POS system
• Accurately process cash and/or credit card transactions to close the ticket and provide correct change
• Thoroughly understand the menu and be able to answer customers' questions.
• Prepare the station for opening to ensure it is well stocked and clean.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine and cocktails

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform basic math

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred- working experience in restaurant/retail cashier or sales
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)
• Food Handlers Certification
• Must be 21 years of age
• Utah Alcohol Seller Server Training Certification
