Pay

• $28.00- $35.00+/ hour (Experience based)
• Over-time + Bonus + Commission pay available
• We also offer up to $3,000.00 sign-on bonus for this role

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing HVAC equipment mechanically and electrically
• Demonstrating a mechanical aptitude
• Replacing needed parts to help customers with solutions
• Handling compliments or complaints and coming up with solutions

Job requirements

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Drivers license and a good driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• EPA/CFC license
• Service Titian Experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift and carry 75+ lbs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
