Pleasant Valley Custom Homes is a family owned design build residential contractor located in Bellaire Mi. Our service areas include Torch Lake, Elk Lake, Lake Michigan, Clam Lake, Lake Bellaire and Intermediate Lake. Most of the work is within 15-20 miles of the village of Bellaire in Antrim County along the lake shore. We're growing and need additional skilled carpenters/craftsmen. We're looking for people with framing, siding and trim experience. You should apply if you have at least 3 years of practical experience in the construction trades, dependable transportation and a good work ethics. We offer full-time year round work, paid holidays, paid vacation, Health, dental and optical insurance, company matched retirement plan $200.00 a month fuel expense card and annual bonus program. We're also looking for on-site construction management people that know how to manage time and resources.
