We are currently seeking a Resident Communicator in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. They are to ensure 100% resident compliance with all community rules and regulations. They are accountable for dramatically improving occupancy and/or maintaining it at 100%. This involves marketing efforts both inside and outside of the property. Additionally, this person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times, not only to prospective residents, but also to our existing residents!
**Bi-lingual in Spanish required**
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
Issue weekly violations based on home standards
Basic Admin duties
70% outside - 30% office administrative
Exceptional face to face resident interaction
Firm with company policy and processes
Ensuring property is at 100% occupancy
Ensure 100% resident compliance with all community rules and regulations
Ensure 100% compliance with all resident violations
Demonstrating a 95% customer satisfaction rate
Maintaining an organized and productive office space 100% of the time
Assist management with issuing resident violations and following up with correction of the violations in a timely manner
Position Requirements:
1-2 years of experience within sales/marketing industry, preferably in mobile home property management
Basic understanding of home rehab
Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
Executes on tasks efficiently and meets necessary deadlines
Strong work ethic - ability to move quickly, but have strong attention to detail
Sets high standards for themselves
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
Strong written, oral, interpersonal communication skills, including telephone skills/etiquette
Strong computer skills
