Hidden Brook at Franklin in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, some of your duties will consist of the following:

• Develop and implement case management services to all residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Assist with move-in and orientation of new residents.
• Monitor and maintain records reflecting all residents’ physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
• Document resident incidents.
• Participate and promote interactive problem-solving with staff.
• Demonstrate the ability to function as a team member in sharing responsibilities with other staff members.
• Assist residents and their families with move-out if necessary.
• Develop, implement and coordinate resident centered activities programs, including community intergenerational programs.
• Coordinate volunteer programs with residents and community.
• Manage the procurement and maintenance of activity supplies and equipment, ensuring budget guidelines are met.

Education/Experience: HS Diploma or Equivalent. Experience with Seniors and or/persons with disabilities. Knowledge of State and Local services available for Senior population. Knowledge of Senior Health Insurance Programs preferred, but will train.
