Make a difference at Willow Valley Communities. We're seeking a Resident Care Assistant to create moment that positively impact others' lives. Does this describe you? If so, we are seeking someone like you to provide loving care to our Residents who live in Personal Care.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Residents with ADL's as necessary (including dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming)
- Helping other Team Members to complete assignments.
- Assisting with Therapeutic Recreation programs, and transportation needs.
- Administering medications.
- Ensuring that Residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Offers evening snack to residents.
- Documenting Resident care appropriately
- Maintaining Resident records in appropriate manner.
- Notifying pharmacy of need for medication refills.
- Assures weekly labs are completed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Care experience is preferred; excellent customer service skills required.
Hours Per Week:
- 8-40 hrs/Wk

Schedule: FT or PT, Day/Evening/Night, 1st: 6:30am-3pm; 2nd: 2:30pm-11pm; 11pm-7am
