Job Description
The Residence Security supports Director of Residences in ensuring safety and security of the property as well as all Residents, Guest, Employees and Contractors. This is a Seasonal position starting in mid-May through Labor Day weekend.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring Fire Panels for Alarms, Troubles, and Faults.
- Immediate Fire/Intruder/CO alarm response.
- Patrol all areas of the resort, reporting unsafe acts and conditions in addition to suspicious activity.
- To monitor the CCTV on a regular basis for any suspicious behavior addressed etc.
- Filling out incident/accident reports and conducting investigations.Dealing with all calls and responding promptly to perform duties.
- Investigating Incidents with CCTV & Witness Statements.
- Administering minimal first aid and emergency medical treatment until first responders arrive.
- General Familiarization of Emergency Preparedness Matrix.
- Complete daily checklists in full.
- Key control, key assists, and door lock programming/maintenance.
- Performing lock audits.
- Periodic checks of vacant units.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
