Position Info
A Reservations Agent is a customer-focused role, designed to engage callers and assist them in buying once in a lifetime hotel experiences. We encourage you to think outside of the box and bring in new ideas in order to optimize revenue capture. You will receive training on our best in class selling program as well as general product knowledge once hired. You will stay engaged with the Front Office, Sales and Accounting teams on a daily basis. You will receive an hourly wage plus a monthly incentive (eligibility is based on performance).
- Please note that this position is based in Okemos, MI - the hotel's year round office located near East Lansing, MI.

- Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills
- Hospitality experience preferred though not required
