We are actively seeking a team member to create engaged relationships with our customers and owners by delivering superior service and quality with every interaction. We're looking for a mature, professional, customer-service oriented individual to join our vacation rental management team. This position is a full-time, year-round position that involves working nights and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Candidates who wish to apply should have:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail.

- Willingness to help in any area where needed.
- Adeptness for consistent communications interoffice and with clients including follow-up and follow-through on all tasks.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, variety of software, Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and a multi-line phone system.
- Some after hour calls availability outside of office hours as needed.
- A valid, current driver's license and individual personal, dependable transportation.
- 2 year of customer service / sales experience required.
- Able to use appropriate grammar and tone to provide information and problem resolution to customers.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
