Job Purpose:
The Rental Coordinator will own the process of checking in and checking out rental equipment and documenting to ensure all departments are on the same page.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check in and check out rental equipment and ensure that no damage is present
- Prepare outgoing rental equipment and inspect/retrieve incoming rental equipment
- Occasional inside sales duties
- Provide customer service via phone and email to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Forklift Experience preferred but not required
- Warehouse/manufacturing experience (1 year)
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in a Shipping & Receiving department (at least 1 year)
- Customer Service Experience (at least 1 year)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
