The Rehabilitation Technician is responsible for the clerical duties and support of staff within the Rehab Department.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $16.00 hourly.
How you will make a difference:
  • Ensuring the resident care policies and procedures are followed in compliance with applicable quality of care standards.
  • Assisting clinical rehabilitation staff with the preparation of treatment area, customer transport (ambulatory or wheelchair) to and from the Rehab department. Assisting with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each discipline.
  • Maintaining the cleaning, maintenance, and inventory of all Rehab equipment.
  • Scheduling rehabilitation appointments.
  • Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.

What you will need:
  • High school graduate or GED required.
  • Experience working with geriatrics preferred.
  • Requires an independent, self-motivated, organized, and flexible individual
