Middlebury Convalescent Home is a “ 5-STAR”- privately owned Skilled Nursing & Rehab facility. Located in New Haven County, with a longstanding reputation for providing excellent resident care.
We are currently recruiting for a
RN Supervisor
- Full time. 32 hours weekly , 3:00 pm -11:00 pm
- Part time.16 hours weekly, 7:00 am- 3:00 pm
- Perdiem all shifts.
- Flexible schedule. Includes every other weekend.
- Paid time off after 6 months.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED.
The ideal candidate should SNF and at least one year experience of supervisory experience, have the ability to work well with others & follow directions. Reliability is a must.
Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
