Comfort Home Care is in search of full-time Registered Nurses in the North Shore and surrounding areas. Our nurses visit a diverse population, mostly with mental health diagnoses, performing nursing assessments, communicating with other providers, and maintaining patients in the community as independently as possible.

$4,000 sign on bonus for all Full Time Employees (bonus pays out 50% after 3 months of employment and 50% after 6 months of employment)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Comfort Home Care is seeking a Massachusetts licensed Registered Nurse that can:

• Provides initial and ongoing assessments to identify the client’s medical needs, level of functioning and ability to communicate and learn.
• Initiates the plan of care, necessary revisions, and performs OASIS assessments at appropriate time points when applicable.
• Initiates and performs appropriate nursing interventions.
• Coordinates services, informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client’s condition and needs.
• Collaborates with patient /family and other health care providers and/or community resources with planning of care and discharge.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
