Bill Redmond Orthodontics, an upscale and technology forward orthodontic office is growing and we are looking for a new addition for our work family. We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant that is eager to work, positive, outgoing, confident in their skills, quick and efficient. We are excited to offer the right candidate a productive and positive work environment with wonderful patients and a proficient team of dental professionals. It will be hard to get tired of going into one office day in and day out as we have two beautiful offices in San Clemente and Laguna Niguel. Our schedule is tailored to accommodate our patients and employees (which is not entirely impossible!). We are scheduling patients 4 days per week, with some weeks being Mon-Thurs and others Tues-Fri. We love the schedule as it allows us a 4 day weekend that makes weekend getaways easy and pain free. Because we love our 4 day weekends we would never think of infringing on yours and working weekends! :-D

This position is 4 days a week between Monday and Friday. We will give preference to applicants with prior orthodontic experience, but it is not necessary. If you have experience in another dental specialty and are eager to work, our team is ready and willing to train you.

Job description/Requirements:

-Ability to take x-rays & photos

-Experience with iTero Scanner is a plus

-alginate impressions for appliances

-lab work

-follow-up on lab cases

-fitting and removal of bands

-placing separators

-placing and removing brackets

- Digital charting (in Dolphin Management, a PLUS!)

-Sterilizing instruments
-setting-up and breaking-down chairs

-ensuring the office is neat, organized and running smoothly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
