Oak Hill Dental is a privately owned, general family dental practice located in Southwest Austin in the Y at Oak Hill.

We are seeking candidate a who is looking for an office to become their long-term dental home. If this opportunity sounds like a good fit, we would love to hear from you!

Hours are Tuesday – Friday, 7:00am – 3pm (32hrs/week), with added Mondays from 7:30 – 4:00 in November and December only to accommodate the end-of-the year rush.

Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience preferred
• Proficient in Dentrix and Dexis x-ray imaging software
• Familiar with the Invisalign treatment process and iTero scanner
• Current license & CPR certification
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures such as periodontal charting, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance cleanings, apply fluoride varnish, and related services
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, provide instructions on home care habits based on their needs, conduct thorough oral health screenings, and communicate findings to the doctor
• Charting treatment that has been diagnosed by Dr Cantu
• Maintain our current SRP program
• Take digital x-rays, intra-oral images, and iTero scans
• Flip your room between patients and maintain proper sterilization techniques
• Schedule the following recall appointment at the end of each visit

The position starts at $50+/hour (DOE) and includes monthly bonus options, dental benefits, PTO, and paid holidays within a modern office with all the latest technology.
