Responsibilities:
This candidate must be located in Massachusetts.

Responsible for identifying and recruiting for therapy, leadership, and ancillary services positions. This position assumes responsibility for ensuring the best practices to qualify, select and hire the best employees.

Duties
  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing.
  • Communicates with members of the Management Team to develop specific recruiting plans.
  • Provides information on Company operations and employment opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Develops and places job postings (online, print, and/or other niche job boards) for assigned open positions.
  • Reviews resumes as received to identify the suitability of the applicant for employment for open positions.
  • Conducts telephone screens for open positions to determine best qualified candidates to present to Hiring Managers.
  • Prepares offer letters to acceptable candidates as determined by the Hiring Manager per company policy. Obtains Management approval and completes offer letter packet.
  • Acts as a liaison with advertising agencies; processes and checks advertising agency billings.
  • Directs the efforts of employment agencies and search firms (if needed), including negotiating and controlling employment related fees.
  • Schedules and attends job/career fairs as needed or requested with appropriate staff as a resource to generate qualified applicants..
  • Conserves resources by controlling cost, adhering to budgets and using prudent judgment related to expense incurred by the Company.
  • Travel including overnight stay as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, training, communication or business from a four-year college or university, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years previous recruiting experience required in therapy, healthcare, senior living or long-term care environment required. Three (3) or more years preferred.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
