We are currently seeking a highly talented and energetic professional that is interested in growing their career in operations. In this role, you will touch every part of the business. The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for creating and supporting all Heatherwood policies and procedures, training operations processes, and communication initiatives. This individual will have the main role in supporting our Associates that handle Sales, Customer Service, Maintenance, and all that encompasses operations. This role will focus on streamlining processes, overseeing all system testing and training, technical writing, and auditing day-to-day on-site and in-office procedures.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Manage multiple projects related to operations processes and procedures
  • Software setup, testing, training, and process creation
  • Technical Writing responsibilities include:
    • Learn job functions within departments and write processes associated with each process/position
    • Assess and process improvement
  • Create communication and training plans, including tools, strategies, and written communications to support company initiatives
  • Developing materials, including manuals, quick guides, online videos, web conferences, and instructor-led classroom/on-site events
  • Developing short and long-term training solutions to help Associates achieve and maintain high levels of expertise and performance
  • Delivering training to a variety of internal audiences and skill levels, including new hires, existing Associates, and leadership
  • Working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to distill information into simple, concise, everyday language for internal audiences
  • Create and conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance. Work with on-site managers to correct processes

Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience in or actively supporting operations in a multi-family industry
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time, and strong attention to detail
  • Evaluation, research, and processing skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Skilled with technology collaboration products such as Microsoft Teams, 8x8, and Zoom
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

  • Must be proficient with Yardi software
  • 2 years’ experience in or actively supporting operations in a multi-family industry
