GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Regulatory Compliance Auditor. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations by examining and analyzing records, reports, and other documentations (i.e., Acquisitions, Dispositions, Shipping BOLs’, Customer Files and Returns, Mag Cards, weekly magazine inspections, weekly inventory counts, FAA Regs, DOT Regs, etc.)
• Adheres to and utilizes compliance program to ensure the Company is complying with internal procedures and published regulatory requirements.
• Under direction of management, coordinates, plans, and performs periodic audits of operations activities to ensure compliance. Audits will be complete with reports indicating strengths as well as areas needing improvement.
• Under direction of management keeps up to date with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Assist management in development of compliance training materials and/or methods.
• Fully understands the company’s standing document policies and procedures and assist operations in understanding, implementing, and complying with approved policies and procedures.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality relative to work performed. Fulfill all duties and responsibilities with a high level of integrity, honesty and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Interfaces with operations personnel and advises Security, Regulatory and Compliance Manager of all shortcomings of their processes.

QUALIFICATINS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KOWLEDGE

• Associates degree in a related field of work or a combination of education and experience
• 0 – 3 years of experience working in Regulatory Compliance and/or Internal Audit
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes and best practice
• Analytical and critical thinking, excellent writing skills, organized, innovative, accountability, work well collaboratively, strategic thinking and planning.
• Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
• Computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and internet experience
