Onehome is looking for a Referral Partner Engagement Regional Manager.

Job Summary:

The Regional Manager, Referral Partner Engagement will be responsible for building out and managing the day-to-day activities of Referral Partner Engagement team members in a specified market.

This individual will manage the team of Executives and Liaisons responsible for all aspects of supporting and maintaining service relationships with all referral partners (physicians and providers) within the organization’s provider network. Support of the referral partners may include team members providing orientations, trainings, and delivering high quality in-services through regular provider engagements by phone and scheduled in-person visits to targeted providers.

The Regional Manager of Referral Partner Engagement knows and abides by all organizational and departmental policies, sets personal standards, and strives for high quality work in completing assignments, performs job duties in a timely manner, and represents the organization in a positive manner.

What to expect in your role:

  • Build, organize, and lead a team of Referral Partner Engagement Executives and Provider Engagement Liaisons in a specified geography.
  • Partner with VP, Referral Partner Engagement, and other internal team members to lay out the referral strategy for specified geography.
  • Maintain complete and accurate information on referral sources.
  • Monitor outreach frequency metrics/KPIs for Referral Partner Engagement team.
  • Involved in all aspects of the creation and refinement of SalesForce/V12 workflows specific to RPE outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to efforts around maximizing marketing opportunities, referrals, conversion rates, etc.
  • Contribute to the content and maintenance of the Provider Manual, provider newsletters and other provider correspondence.
  • Responds to escalated referring provider issues.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

§ Minimum of (5) three years of provider engagement and/or provider network experience.

§ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in business, health care, insurance, or a related field preferred.

§ Previous experience building, organizing, and leading a team

§ Business development experience

§ High degree of emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to influence others

§ Purposeful, motivating leader who has the interpersonal relationship-building skills and political savvy to lead cross-functional teams within a challenging environment

§ Knowledge of and ability to use various computer programs such as Microsoft Office including spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software and programs/systems utilized in data analysis.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication, effective listening skills, and excellent negotiation skills required.

§ Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills required. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work cooperatively, sensitively, and tactfully, and maintain composure and professionalism with all levels of staff, and the public required.

§ Ability to effect collaborative alliances and promote and foster teamwork.

§ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times required.

§ Ability to prioritize and organize a diverse workload required.
