HCI | integrated solutions seeks a Part Time Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team. The Recruiting Specialist provides recruitment efforts to Management both local and to multistate HCI government contract sites, as well as administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Duties and Responsibilities: -Responsible for full life cycle recruitment efforts for all positions within HCI -Developing and use proven, cost-effective recruiting strategies to fill job openings - phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews -Act as recruiting-liaison between corporate office and other sites -Work closely with offsite hiring managers, human resources manager, and executive leadership to participate in planning activities to determine hiring needs, trends, and recruiting strategies -Serve as the primary point of contact for recruits throughout the interviewing process (i.e., communicate status, answer questions, extend offers, schedule start dates, and coordinate all follow-up efforts). -Screen the candidates who possess the required qualifications and present them to other Recruiters or Hiring Managers -Responsible for contacting candidates for proposals and other future business opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: -The Recruiting Specialist must have proven success identifying and placing candidates in various fields -Must have the confidence to speak with potential candidates and will be comfortable generating candidate leads, cold calling, networking and research to quickly qualify and assess their potential candidacy. Government Contracting experience is required.

-Must be proficient in using software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to quickly and accurately produce a wide range of documents, as well as using ADP Workforce Now and internet job databases -Must have skills and abilities to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. -Strong verbal skills, be professional in their presentation and interaction with hiring managers, have a can do/team attitude, be detailed-oriented, and have flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities -Must have experience interviewing and assessing candidates. Service Contract Act recruiting experience is a plus.

Minimum Job Requirements -2-3 years of Government Contracting experience.
