Recruiting Coordinator
LOCATION
Hybrid - Remote/Woodcliff Lake, NJ
OVERVIEW
The Recruiting Coordinator will support recruiting efforts across all business lines which include: Structures, Civil, Marine, Bridge, Geomatics, Construction Engineering, and Entertainment by identifying, screening, and managing active and passive candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates both passive and active through Linked In, email, and cold calling
- Partner with hiring managers to assess current and future needs
- Maintain candidates through UKG applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Well organized and outgoing with a high level of attention to detail and follow-up
- Knowledge of internet search capabilities and hands-on experience conducting research on sourcing technologies and platforms
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of candidates and internal stakeholders, including executive level
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently
