Overview:
Job Summary: The Home Care Recruiter plays a critical role within the agency. The Home Care Recruiter is not only responsible for his/her own success but has increased responsibility for the success of the team. The successful Home Care Recruiter will have mastered the art of recruiting and be able to bring in the most qualified talent to the agency team.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
  • Must be willing to travel between recruiting offices and other recruiting
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little to no
  • Completes documentation per Agency
  • Seeks, interviews, assess, reference checks and places employees that completely satisfy the job
  • Assist care coordinators in staffing
  • Builds employee workforce through ads, career fairs, internet relationships and other sources
  • Actively participates in networking groups and other business and community programs to increase skill knowledge.
  • Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist the agency in growing candidate
  • Diligently pursues a broad and deep understanding of all aspects of Home Care, your core competencies/skill sets, and our agency as a
  • Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed including I-9's for all new hires as well as background checks as
  • Maintain all HR
  • Manage employee health
  • Leads quarterly in-service trainings (on-line and in classroom setting).
  • Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures set forth by Home Life Healthcareand the Home Care
  • Performs other job duties as assigned
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
  • High school graduate; advanced education desirable

Experience:
  • 3-4 years of recruiting experience

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
