Position Summary
Enforce pool rules and ensure the pool and amenity areas are kept clean and tidy.
Key Responsibilities
- Always visible and accessible throughout the shift
- Provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere to the Bellair residents and their guests
- Arrange and maintain all pool furniture during the course of each shift
- Enforcerules associated with the Bellair Clubhouse Pools
- Collect trash and ensure areas are kept clean
- Inform residents & guests of essential rules that they may have overlooked or violated in a forthright and agreeable manner
- Verify member access cards and enforce guest limit
- Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for
- Must be able to effectively communicate through written & verbal means
- Demonstrate effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Work well with a team and fosters a healthy and safe work environment
Education and Experience
- High school diploma preferred
- CPR/AED Certified is a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying andmoving objects that can weigh up to 45 pounds
- Able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary
- Capable of working extended hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or painting, with correctivelenses if needed
- Able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and maintain good reasoning skills
- Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types ofcommunications may be conducted with people of various levels of education andcapabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone
Work Location: Bellair Condos, 16150 N Arrowhead Fountains Center Dr Peoria, AZ 85382
Work Hours: Work hours vary based on community need.
