GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: General duties include greeting clients, checking clients in, performing admission functions, reminder calls, working with clients on billing questions, assisting with annual updates, answering the telephone and scheduling/canceling appointments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be proficient with computer, typewriter, copy machine, and familiar with other office equipment. Skills will include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows. Excellent communication, telephone, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a necessity. Experience in office and health care setting is preferred.
