Forest Lake Law seeks a full-time legal receptionist. We are looking for a new member of our team with reliable transportation and a professional appearance. Office experience, computer literacy, and good organizational skills are required. Must be customer service-oriented, punctual, able to work independently, and multi-task. Legal Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Respond to or forward client questions to the appropriate department
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly manner and determine the reason for their visit
  • Contact clients to schedule appointments with attorneys and other staff
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Organize files
  • Assist with Faxes and E-filing

Legal Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Legal experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday 8 am - 5 pm – Friday 8 am -12 pm.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
