Receptionist - Korean Bilingual Job at CenterLight Health System
JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the CHRO or designee at the Corporate offices, the purpose of the job is to provide administrative support to all executives, C-Suite, and Management, at the Corporate offices and responsible for the day-to-day reception, security, and facilities access to Management staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages all confidential information related to executives, and senior management’s schedules, calls, mail, travel, transportation arrangements, etc.
· Performs administrative functions which may require the ability to make decisions within the authorized scope or direction of Senior Management and/or the proper authority.
· This includes, but is not limited to, preparation of corporate-wide communications, purchases, invoices, timekeeping duties, mail receive/delivered to/from the corporate office, work with couriers, etc. all under minimal supervision
· Coordinate and be the primary contact person for facilities and logistics for corporate staff, executives, and senior management. This includes coordination of office space and logistics of moves, coordination with other departments for relocation services between sites, parking arrangements, travel, coverage for corporate office support services, etc.
· Reception function at the corporate office includes meet/greet staff, visitors, and participants, ensuring employees, upon entry, are wearing their id badges. Page staff as needed, communicate emergency announcements, monitor security cameras and points of entry, etc.
· Primary initial contact for all Legal communication mailings, and responsible to forward correspondence to the appropriate individual within or outside the organization.
· Responsible for keeping track of Employee/Visitor Occurrences.
· Schedule and greet patients, families, staff, and other office visitors. Respond to calls and visits. Determine the situation’s urgency and calm patients/patient families, staff, vendors, and contractors, if necessary.
· Assist in care and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
· Other duties as assigned.
Weekly Hours: 40
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Associate degree preferred or equivalent education and/or experience
Experience:
· 2 – 3 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience
Other:
Expert Knowledge of office management and working knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) is required. Excellent typing and transcription ability, as well as bookkeeping and mathematical aptitude. Demonstrated writing and communication skills
Language: Bilingual. (Chinese, Hindi, Bengali, Spanish, preferred)
Physical: Ability to lift packages up to 40 pounds
Other: Demonstrate proficient typewriting skills. A typewriting test must preferably be taken with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
