Receptionist/Customer Service Representative Job at Mercedes-Benz of Plano
Mercedes-Benz of Plano is currently seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for our Customer Development Center.
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS!*
- ($250 paid after 30 days of continuous employment and the remaining $250 paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
Good phone etiquette and excellent customer service attitude required. Excellent working environment in luxury dealership!
Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour to start.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am - 5pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Appointment setting for Service Advisors
- Logging client information into the CRM
- Running reports
- Routing calls to the appropriate department
- Follow-up phone calls after service
Required Experience:
- Customer Service/Call Center Experience a plus
- Basic computer skills required
