We are currently hiring for a RECEPTIONIST/BUDTENDER position for our dispensary in Pueblo West, CO.

We are an established and expanding Medical and Recreational Marijuana Center and Grow, seeking full time receptionists/budtenders. We are looking for energetic individuals who are outgoing, personable, reliable, loyal, a team player, and is a fast learner. Must have dependable transportation. Experience is a plus.

• Our hours of operation are 9:00am - 10:00pm 7 days a week
• Must be able to work 8-12 hour shift up to 5 days a week depending on the shift.
• Must be flexible.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• You must be 21 years of age and have an MED Employee Badge.
• Responsible Vendor Training Certification a plus.
• Willingness to solve problems and take on new challenges daily
• Welcome each person entering the dispensary with a warm friendly greeting.
• Patient check-in and all ID checking (both front desk and again before purchase)
• Responsible for all money and inventory on the sales floor or in designated POS system
• Checking in Primary Patients and Denco’s customers in POS.
• Ensure medical patient’s paperwork is filed and entered into POS properly
• Adhere to Denco cash handling policies and procedures
• Assist with daily inventory audit procedures
• Complete daily checklists and directly maintain appearance of store, daily store opening and closing duties
• Ability to make proper recommendations based on experience with products sold
• Adherence to operational guidelines and standards.
• Comply with all safety, security and MED compliance policies.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating at a high standard and must be able to work as a team
• Maintaining current and accurate store records of patient data, MED compliance and other data as directed
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in a similar capacity of retail and customer service
• Knowledge of basic computer functions and working on various software and programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a valid support or key badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division
• Must be able to individually lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
