Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, as well as act as an intermediary to negotiate deals
• Educate clients on the local real estate market and provide guidance on pricing, staging, and other listing related services
• Show properties to potential buyers and conduct open houses
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service for clients.
• Track activity and tasks using provided technology
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call

Qualifications

You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You come from contribution. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Active Real Estate License, with 2+ years' of real estate sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
