You would be responsible for making a difference in peoples lives by serving our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will be responsible for executing the restaurant plan, by achieving sales and profits goals and providing excellent Guest and Team service. The General Manager will manage the overall restaurant to ensure we are 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.

Things you will be responsible for:
- Culture Statement/Core Values: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
- Guest Focus: Respond promptly and professionally to any guest feedback. Give appropriate participation in any promotional activities. Use of guest name when recognized or when they use check or credit card.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
- Work Ethic: Provide support in maintaining company appearance standards through completion of daily and weekly tasks.
- Recruiting/Staffing: Determining staffing needs and hiring the right candidates for the right position.
- Product Quality: Able to properly maintain all Food Service guidelines to produce quality products.
- Financials: Meeting budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
- Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Sales: Encourage guests to purchase promotional items, and upsell where appropriate. Continually analyzing the data, developing and executing plans to improve sales and profits.
- Safety: Ensure you are practicing good safety skills, cleaning up any liquids that may be on the ground, using proper lifting techniques, reporting safety incidents whether for yourself or a guest, immediately.
- Extra Stuff Like everyone else, we have other work that comes up, so you must be willing to do other duties as assigned.
To land this awesome opportunity you must have high school diploma or GED, 2 years restaurant management/retail experience. In addition, we just ask that you complete our awesome training program, possess basic math skills and be food safety certified.

Travel:
Very minimal travel if any, with the occasional trip to support other stores or pick up product.
