We are hiring Radiation therapist - New York state certified . Below are the duties & requirements for this position.
Department: Radiology Therapeutic
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized radiation therapy treatments to patients.
- Administering radiation therapies as per patient treatment plans.
- Explaining the process to patients and answering any questions.
- Performing quality assurance tests on simulation and treatment machines to ensure they are in working order.
- Using medical imaging equipment to ensure treatments are delivered accurately.
Requirements:
- One year of experience is required as a radiation therapist.
- A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
Certification/licenses:
- A valid license as a radiation therapist is required, issued by NY state.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Salary: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
