Quality Control Reviewer

Description:

Quality Control Reviewers primary responsibilities will be to identify any potential deficiencies related to store visit deliverables and work products submitted from the field prior to client delivery. Quality Control Reviewers will work with field staff to resolve any data discrepancies to include missing vital photographs and resolve any missing or inconsistent data points within reports.

Responsibilities:

· Identify deficiencies with reports/ work product prior to client delivery

· Ensure report data is accurate based on photographic support

· Apply minor corrections to store visit reports as needed

· Contact field staff via phone, text, and email to ensure data requests are completed

· Provide in-depth feedback to field staff to improve future reporting

· Work with Quality Control Manager to review, mitigate, and prevent repeated deficiencies

· Provide additional re-training to field staff as necessary to improve metrics

· Perform store visits occasionally in the field to compliment Quality Control role

Requirements:

Quality Control Reviewers must at a minimum possess the following:

· Ability to work in Teams (and share content), Slack, Paint, Excel, and use Snipping Tool and screenshots

· Strong communication skills

· Strong writing skills

· Strong organization skills

· High level of detail awareness

· Excellent time management

· Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, goal and deadline-oriented environment

· Conduct some field visits in the local area to stay engaged with the store reviewer task

· Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, every week

Education/ Additional Requirements:

· Must have access to computer with reliable internet connection

· Home office computer setup with a minimum of two monitors attached to one computer (3 is better)

· Must be flexible with hours worked

· Must possess a minimum high school diploma

· Work experience with quality control, data entry, or auditing preferred

· Work experience with Salesforce preferred

Compensation:

· Competitive pay based on work experience
