Savi Solutions is currently seeking a Business/Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Program/Project Management team in DC metro area to support testing and QA efforts for a large Government agency. This position requires an individual to have 5+ years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good oral and written skills, attention to detail. Federal Experience (DOT, FAA, etc.) in Financial domain preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Evaluate business requirements and coordinate testing with software development teams

• Understand end-to-end business requirements and assist in Functional testing

• Setup and manage Automated testing environments

• Assist Key and End users with UAT and coordinate approval and sign-off

• Design and define QA processes, create test plans, define test strategies and create manual and automated test cases

• Assist with System documentation

• Write and execute automated test scripts

• Collaborate with multiple teams, translating their input into testable requirements

• Perform Demos to Business and team members

• Verify test cases through database analysis and SQL queries to ensure data quality and integrity

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in Functional, Usability, Interface, Compatibility, Performance, Regression and Security testing, preferably in a ColdFusion environment

• Experience in understanding end-to-end business processes and conduct functional testing

• Experience with Automation Frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, etc.)

• Experience in setting up and managing Automation tools, including recommending and enforcing best practices across team member

• Experience in problem tracking, reporting and timely resolution

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) preferred

• Experience in coordinating testing activities between Key/End Users and Development team

• Knowledge in client technologies like HTML and JavaScript. Cold Fusion experience is a big plus

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience in version control using Git/SVN

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone or as part of a team; must be self-motivated and able to stay on task while paying attention to detail

• Eligible for Public Trust Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field preferred
