Purchasing Coordinator
We have a full-time opportunity for a Purchasing Coordinator to support the Purchasing & Estimating Department at Bielinski Homes. This position is responsible for:
- Maintaining various software platforms with model, options and lot information
- Issuing purchase orders to the trades and vendors
- Updating costs in software programs
- Assisting with the sourcing and procurement of appliances
- Entering availability and pricing of RediHomes on multiple platforms
- Processing and verifying receipt of all vendor rebates
- Updating all neighborhood plat map information
- Creating and improving various spreadsheets and workbooks
- Assisting the Accounting Department with various tasks including but not limited to invoice coding
This position requires a high school diploma and one year of related experience. Extensive knowledge of excel is a must.
Prospective candidates must be detail-oriented, possessing the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, be self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
