Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Movement Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients of all ages and abilities to improve their movement patterns, increase their physical function, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will use evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans to help clients reach their goals and achieve optimal physical health. Responsibilities: Perform thorough evaluations of clients' physical abilities and limitations, including assessments of strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and interests, using evidence-based techniques and approaches. Provide hands-on interventions to improve clients' physical function, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs to promote independence and self-management. Monitor and document clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all assessments, interventions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure effective and efficient care delivery. Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure and registration as a Physical Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting. Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for helping individuals achieve optimal physical health and well-being
