Provider Services Coordinator Job at ALLCARE HEALTH
Summary
This position is responsible for supporting medical practices according to the AllCare MSO/Optimization business plan. Provide support to medical offices and identify concerns that a practice may be experiencing and subsequently assisting
practices to implement a customized plan to resolve those issues. Create and provide different solutions to meet diverse
demands.
Essential Duties
1. Bring strong understanding of current best practices and contribute to implementing in the offices.
2. Ensures all website and branding requests are fulfilled and completed.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with various AllCare Health stakeholders that have been incorporated into the plan.
4. Assistance in developing and analyzing, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports for provider assistance programs to the Provider Service Operations Manager.
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-year experience in workflow analysis, required.
- 2-years’ experience in Healthcare, preferred.
- 2-years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
- 2-years’ experience using an electronic health record system, preferred.
- 2-years’ experience of project management, preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
- Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or willing to complete certification within 1 year of employment.
- Medical Group Manager Association (MGMA) and Oregon MGMA affiliation provided through employment.
