Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking another member to join our trusted team as a full-time Property Manager for our Tax Credit-Affordable Properties in the State College, PA area. PMI is an employee owned company. Every one of our full-time employees can earn stock in the company simply by working here. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior residential apartment management experience and a PA Real Estate License is a plus.

Rate: based on experience; $500 sign on bonus!
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operation of the property.
- Rent collection.
- Processing applications.
- Customer service.
- Data entry.
- Experience with tax credit and penn homes funding a plus.
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
