Qualifications of the Property Manager:

• Property Management experience 5-10 years
• Mobile Home Property Management Experience Preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, contracts, policies, etc.
• Excellent Computer Skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Customer Service
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team atmosphere
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to delegate maintenance tasks to appropriate parties
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge on local, state, and federal laws
• Knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing laws and policies
• A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable vehicle

Essential Functions of the Property Manager:

• Communicate with tenants and vendors
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
• Schedule and monitor turns
• Prepare and execute lease agreements
• Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met
• Ensure property is maintained to the highest standards with continual focus on asset preservation and enhancement
• Prioritize resident satisfaction
• Maintain and comply with all Fair Housing regulations and laws
