Love Property Management, but looking to make a change? My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager for their growing team. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, a strategic thinker, problem solver, and have excellent time management skills.
Qualifications of the Property Manager:
- Property Management experience 5-10 years
- Mobile Home Property Management Experience Preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, contracts, policies, etc.
- Excellent Computer Skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Customer Service
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team atmosphere
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to delegate maintenance tasks to appropriate parties
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge on local, state, and federal laws
- Knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing laws and policies
- A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable vehicle
Essential Functions of the Property Manager:
- Communicate with tenants and vendors
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Schedule and monitor turns
- Prepare and execute lease agreements
- Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met
- Ensure property is maintained to the highest standards with continual focus on asset preservation and enhancement
- Prioritize resident satisfaction
- Maintain and comply with all Fair Housing regulations and laws
