Who You Are:

As a Full Time Property Manager ( 30 hours per week) in Two Harbors, MN YOU are the face of YOUR property, and your passion for building positive relationships with both residents and program staff will result in a rewarding career opportunity. Acting as the first line of response to residents, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone, and increase your knowledge and ability to work with diverse populations. You are also responsible for operating “smooth sailing”, ensuring the property is in compliance with all regulations of the local rental codes. We strongly believe and support “work families”; building a positive work relationship with additional property staff and vendors is ideal. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance

Skills

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
