One of the fastest growing, ag focused insurance agencies in the Midwest is seeking a natural leader for the position of P&C General Manager. Summit Ag views insurance from a customer’s perspective and in doing so has developed tools to simplify the process of selecting the most adequate coverage for each individual we work with. Our business is thriving and we need an experienced leader that can step seamlessly into this role without missing a beat. This division of Summit Ag has not yet reached its full potential and we are looking for the right person to build on our 700+ existing policies by boldly seeking out new customers and following up with leads generated from the agricultural side of our business. While this position is based in West Point, NE, the person in this role will have the opportunity to expand the territory by bringing on additional offices into our business, so the ability to train, maintain, and grow talent within the P&C division is a must. Clear communication, acute attention to detail and a positive outlook will be determinants of success in this role. The only limit to growth is your own vision and efforts.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
