In your Project Training Logistics Coordinator role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

The primary responsibility is to communicate, coordinate and oversee the learning activities for the Source-to-Pay (STP) Project within Program Aurora to maximize employee adoption. A well-coordinated employee learning experience will drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with, the changes that impact employees. Success will be achieved by overseeing and effectively coordinating the learning activities in coordination with the change network of individuals identified to support the end user learning delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with K-C Aurora team and 3rd Party providers to ensure smooth execution of end user learning activities for global audience.
  • Collaborate with Super Users and/or other Training Logistics Coordinators to identify, assess and balance the overall learning demand for end users within organization.
  • Oversee coordination, communication and completion of all Aurora leaning events.
  • Proactively monitor end user learning enrollment/completion status and escalate issues as needed.
  • Administer learning events via Workday LMS (i.e., create course offerings, assign Learning Programs to employees, enters course completions, etc.)
  • Provide first line of support for Super Users (i.e., training environment login and issue resolution/escalation).
  • Share Level 1 learning feedback (i.e., survey results, course updates, etc.) with the Super User and CMO Learning Team.
  • Generate/review learning progress reports/metrics and share learning feedback.

  • Strong organizational and tactical execution skills in a complex, fast moving environment.
  • Highly motivated individual, is a self-starter and takes ownership of projects and tasks.
  • "Hands on" experience leading and executing complex/global learning programs – preferably through a major ERP implementation program/project.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively interact and work with multiple teams across the K-C enterprise.
  • Consistent track record of delivering results while creating/maintaining an engaged work environment.
  • Leverages experience in analyzing relevant data, assessing implications of alternatives, and providing fact-based insights.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Comfortable delivering in a global pressured environment with ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • International hours of work and/or travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business Administration/Communication or similar degree are preferred)
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in the execution, trends, and best practices of workplace adult learning programs.
  • Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills to analyze results of learning effectiveness.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills to provide oversight and execution of learning strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, collaboration, and relationship management skills to build effective working relationships with Change Network, Program Team and 3rd party partners.
  • Fluent in English – Required (additional languages desirable)
  • Learning Management System qualification (e.g. Workday) - Desired
