YOUR TASKS

Project Management

• Managing and executing of international projects with budget, complexity, risk and strategic significance with full responsibility in a global context
• Managing international projects with international and interdisciplinary teams. Carry out project planning, steering and controlling on the basis of agreed targets and schedule
• Planning, tracking and achieving project, quality, timing and commercial targets and explaining facts, practices, policies to others within the organization where past practices or divergent views constrain agreement.
  
• Coordinating and executing (engineering) change management in international project set-ups with a clear focus on profit and loss so as on resulting risks and opportunities. Steering of change evaluation, approval and implementation steps. Challenging the project team by finding the best solutions.
  
• Developing risks and opportunities assessment processes and tools that quantify stakeholder risks and opportunities tolerances in order to assess and determine risks and opportunities thresholds for the project and set criteria for risks and opportunities levels.
  
• Proactive and early escalation when deviations from targets occur; illustrating existing alternative solutions in agreement with the project stakeholders involved. Identify problems and update or modify working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures.
• Establishing systematic relationships to internal and external clients

Leadership (project-related)

• 
  Functional lead of the employees in the competence responsibility.
• Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks

• College / University degree in a technical or business major
• 2-3 years Project Management experience
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus
